The reason it warns against       just deleting everything is because it can't tell what's a "good" add-on       (say, Adobe Acrobat) vs a "bad" add-on (whatever it is that highjacked your       start page).              What you need to do is run hjt and carefully review *everything* on its list.       Every setting, every file, *everything*. If you don't recognize something,       *I* would disable it... but make sure you have hjt set to write a log.              --       The world is not what we wish it to be.
