   I use Superkeys so, e.g., typing #at will drop in my name, address and   
   telephone number below a sig. separator.   
   Be aware that many AV programmes etc. will find that a .dll of Superkeys to   
   be malware as it's effectively a keyboard logger, but if you want a utility   
   that monitors the keyboard...!   
   The .dll in question has been used for malicious purposes, but this can   
   happen with anything, not only software.   
   I'd suggest that, if you're interested, you get SK from a reputable site (I   
   use Softpedia) and block the .exe and other components with your firewall so   
   that they can't get out.
