   XP 64 is a pain on the rear, due to lack of support (drivers).   
   Win 7 64 works OK, not fuss.   
   Win 8, well you already know...   
   Your other option is one of the Linux distros (the ones without UNITY,   
   since PUnity=same shit as Win 8).
