|    Upgrade question    |
|    18 Aug 13 11:26:45    |
This is, I suppose, is actually off-topic but it could apply to       any OS.               I recently did an upgrade on my wife's computer from       vista to Win 7.        But, it turnrd out, after 30 days use, that I had been       sold (by Amazon! ) an illegal copy of Win 7 upgrade.        And of course Amazon's return policy is limited to 30       days --so I'm simply out $115 with no recourse.        My question --- If I now get a legal copy of Win 7,       will it correctly install over the criminal sale copy??        Thanks for any help.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
