   No, I'm not implying that at all. I'm referring to classes of accounts,   
   Administrator, Limited, and Guest. You can choose them when you create   
   them, and an administrator can change the class of other accounts at   
   any time.

   What does Win 7 have to do with this question? Since you posted in an   
   XP newsgroup, I assumed you were having trouble with an XP machine.
