|    Strange behavior    |

From: hgxrp@yahoo.com              This morining, I booted up my computer as usual. At the screen 'Windows is       loading your settings', the system froze. There was no indication the hard       drive was being accessed.              I manually powered off the system and restarted it with the same behavior a       couple of times. I then restarted the unit and checked the BIOS. All       seemed normal; boot sequence was correct (HD not deleted).              Was able to finally start the system.              Any input as to cause of this behavior, if if an indicator of impending       failure?              Thanks.              HankG              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
