Why are you posting this twice?

If you have that many missing updates, the first thing you should do is
to go to MS Update service. Belarc is nice to have and has been very
helpful to me in keeping my system update, but it is not an update
service, it just informs you if you are missing any hotfixes and
provides links to acquire them if you choose to do so. It was very
useful in helping me fix the recent IE6 update problem.

The is not a Belarc problem, more like a user one.
