   I want to upload files from my ipad to my PC.  Windows thinks it is a camera   
   and only offers 'photo' type program options.  There is no 'browse' option   
   to choose the desired program (Syncios).  Is there any way to modify/add   
   options to the 'open with' window?  (Windows XP SP2)
