Wlan Desktop Icon for on / off

   Hy to all..   
      
   I need a link on my desktop, to switch wlan on or off   
      
   If i click once on it and wlan ist off, wlan will be sitched to on.  If i   
   click again on it and wlan ist on, wlan will be sitched to off.   
      
   how can i do that !?
