I don't have an H-P scanner. The file is H-P's Memory Disc installation
file. Apparently, it was identified by Outpost as a 'dangerous file'. It
was quarantined for some time, then finally deleted.

The computer wants to (continually) install it, but claims that the file is
missing. I tried H-P application recovery utility which states that the
program has installed, but the file is still 'missing'. I have a couple of
work-arounds to get it off the screen, but would like to end this misery.
