|    Upgrading to XP SP3    |

From: hgxrp@yahoo.com              I've had problems with my security software (no longer compatible with SP2,       so I'm in the process of upgrading to 3. Windows update had been switched       off, so now I am allowing updates. This process continues when I shut down,       being offered an option to "'nstall updates' and shut down".              So far, I estimate that between 150 and close to 200 updates have been       installed. I know I continued to update after reaching SP2, but wonder how       many updates would have been necessary to reach SP3. It's taking a long       time. Anyone have any input on that.              HankG                            ---       This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software.       http://www.avast.com              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
