From: zhuge.jack@gmail.com When you press Windows logo key or Ctrl+Esc, Start Menu pops up down your left hand. A bunch of items display there. Left column includes your frequently used programmes, e.g., Internet Explorer, Mozilla Thunderbird and so on. System programmes, such as Control Panel is displayed in right column. You can see that after Control Panel, there is a underscored capital C in braces right behind it. I know it's for keyboard shortcut use, and I'd used that many years ago. Meanwhile, I found that I can't call it up again use keyboard shortcut, nevertheless I've tried many possible ones, like Alt+C or Shift+C.
