   [Alt]+[Space];[M];[Arrow_Down];(When done[Enter])

for windows whose top titlebar one can see ..
.. mostly there is a window-titlebar-icon to the left ..
With a mouse one can click that little icon, getting a menu with
commands one of which is "move".

   Keyboard shortcuts:
   [Alt]+[Space];	[R]|[M]|[S]|[N]|[X]|[C]

for windows whose top titlebar one *can't* see (because it's
outside the desktop window or hidden behind something that are
stuck on top) .. after making the window in question active
(/e.g./ clicking in it) .. one can still use the same keyboard
   sequences to manage the window.
