   Aside from the normal "headcase" factor of the link posted (below), the   
   article *did* bring to mind an excellent thought you might wish to practice   
   *EASILY* and often:   
      
   try giving (to people) directions from point A (where you're at) to point B   
   (where you wish to end up).  This is, in essence, a very mild form of astral   
   travel *while wide awake!*, and makes for great practice while falling   
   asleep... simply map out the directions you would take, by foot or bike or   
   car or boat or even aircraft! -- and see if you don't end up "on the way"   
   before you know it.
