   That all depends on how you define waking up.   
   Yes, you might reach a suddenly very high degree of lucidity, feeling like   
   an awakening, but still be having the experience.   
   On the other hand, if you really wake up, it'll be just like waking up from   
   a normal sleep.   
      
   You never have to worry about losing your body. Even thinking about it is   
   likely to refocus your attention and you'll find yourself back in it.
