   Assuming that it works at all, frequent use will be more effective than   
   infrequent use.   
      
   Whether serotonin helps lucid dreaming and OOBEs is another matter. These   
   things are more often reported by somewhat depressed people than by   
   others...   
   There is often a surge of such experiences upon cessation of SSRI treatment.
