   What I've done to get OBEs from dreams is partially wake myself up.  I'll   
   close my eyes to blank out the scene and focus on the thought of my body   
   lying in bed.  Before long I'll be aware of myself lying in bed in the   
   sleep paralysis state.  From that point I can induce an OBE.   
      
   (I think of my OBEs as a type of dream also, but there are some   
   differences from run-of-the-mill dreams that make them desirable.)
