   Not necessarily a lame coincidence.  It could be called an interesting   
   coincidence, but if it's not repeatable under controlled conditions, it   
   can't readily be studied and documented scientifically.   
      
   Come to think of it, there would be ethical issues with an experiment   
   involving killing off a person's relatives at random intervals to see if   
   he continues to pick up on it.
