   If he makes up his mind later that it was one, does that mean it really   
   was?   
      
   If someone's OBE is a true OBE because he/she "knows" that it is, does   
   that mean that someone's religious conviction -- such as being "saved" --   
   is true because he/she "knows" that it is?   
      
   What is "knowing," anyway, but arbitrarily ceasing to question? :-)
