    Mate, please don't ever change. Your writing style cracks me up :))) David   
   and your online arguements can be absolutely hilarious; on one side you have   
   someone trying to be articulate and on the other you have someone who doesn't   
   give a rat's arse and says it how he see's it/it is.   
      
    The technique seems to work for me personally, but not straight away; it   
   takes   
   about 5 minutes. Last night I had this kind of swirling whitish light tunnel   
   and an amazing feeling throughout my body. Many thanks.
