   I wish I could say the same, but although conquering my early fear of SP   
   enabled me to enjoy rather than dread these things also, I don't think it   
   did much for my waking-life insecurities.  It sure didn't prevent me from   
   having a terrible bout of anxiety and depression after eight years of   
   fun-filled dreaming.
