   I might add, what they've done on this website is without the aid or any   
   slick image processing techniques.  All they need is someone well versed in   
   said techniques to help them out.  Hum?  It is also laughable that the Air   
   Forces claims there's nothing readable in the memo...  Do a little edge   
   enhancement then a correlation with all the letters of the alphabet, in that
