   Well, to be honest, I'm still not convinced (go figure ;-).   
      
   The thing is:   
   planes _do_ fly in ways which leave geometric shapes in the sky, they make   
   wide turns, intersect each other's flight paths, and assume holding   
   patterns, all of which leave interesting shapes in the sky   
      
   Contrails _are_ amazingly persistent, and widespread, and effective in   
   reducing solar insolation by as much as 10% over the whole US - there is   
   no need to postulate the spraying of special chemicals to have that effect   
   - water vapour will do just fine.   
      
   Google "global dimming".   
      
   Your congressman sounds like an uneducated loon (psychotronic weapons -   
   snort), and I suspect that the bill was dropped not because he was "got   
   to" but because someone told him he was about to make a tit of himself.   
      
   None of the sites I've been able to find have _any_ credibility at all!   
   They start with chemtrails, then leap off into uncharted waters: UFO's,   
   weather control, subliminal messages, all sorts of nonsense.
