   Can anyone recommend books on improving ones ability to concentrate or   
   focus ones intent.   
      
   The goal being the gaining of control of my intent or perhaps you could   
   say reducing the distraction of random thought, static so to speak.   
      
   Mediation helps but I would like to have some mental exercises to work   
   with if at all applicable.
