   I am having slight difficulties with projection in general, also with the   
   NEW energy system.   
      
   The main problem that i have with projection is i can get to a stage where   
   my heart seems to be pounding erratically and my eyelids sort of fluttering,   
   but this dies away after a minute if that and i can usually do nothing else.   
   My main technique is to center awareness away from my body, i can't get the   
   hang of the rope technique.   
      
   My problem with new seems to be sensitivity, i can't seem to focus my body   
   awareness down to a point that i can then move up and down fingers and toes   
   yet, infact once i center my awareness i have trouble moving it at all,   
   obviously this means i can't participate in any energy raising techniques.   
      
   Does anyone have any advices on these problems?
