   Fairly well, actually. :-)   
      
   Of course, I don't think I'm literally out of my body at the time, but   
   rather in a variety of REM state.  It's normal to experience genital   
   engorgement during REM, so it wouldn't be too surprising for people who   
   are unusually aware during REM to sense this in the form of a sexual urge   
   that influences their OBEs and LDs.
