   Fascinating religious dreams

Over the past few nights, I've been having some fascinating religious kinds
of dreams that I'm beginning to wonder if it was an astral or an out of
   body.

I'm just a layman, and these days I don't consider myself so religious, but
I was raised that way as a child.

In the first dream, I'm casting out a demon from a possessed relative. (I
don't have a good relationship with said relative at the moment, but I don't
think she's actually possessed in real, waking life.) It is not successful.
I wake with a start. In real life, an episode of "Charmed" is playing in the
background. Perhaps, this may have something to do with it, dunno.

In the second dream, again a woman approaches me. This time, she is unknown,
but she has cut her throat and is writhing in pain. She says she is losing
feeling in her legs and falls to the floor. Again, I try to cast the demon
out but am unsuccessful. Again, I awake with a start.

In the third dream, I need prayer, so the pope (not the real-life pope, but
a nice-looking elderly gentleman dream character) comes to pray with me
   dressed in royal blue.

In the fourth dream, Jan Crouch (of TBN fame, think Tammy Faye Messner, but
she's still preaching), tells of a tale of a dream of going to outer space.
As she's telling her tale, I begin journeying toward outerspace. I pass the
solar system, where I encounter a large planet. Then the blackness of space,
where I encounter a fire in space, but this is described as cold. Finally, I
enter an area of space, where the voidness is replaced by dark water toward
the bottom, but space at the top. I awake.

In the fifth dream, turning toward eastern philosphy this time, a Chinese
man in royal blue approaches in a white room. He is surrounded by aides,
some of whom are women. One resembles Lucy Lu, hehe. They have glowing eyes.
He opens his mouth and a snake escapes. The scene switches as the snake
descends into the blackness of space. Ack! I awake.

So there ya go. I'm sure these dreams are full of freudian imagery, haha,
but was fascinated by the visionary themes of them. I don't dream of
religion spirituality too often. And, the recent description of the Voyager
spacecraft leaving the solar system was strikingly similar to my space
dream, which makes me wonder if this was some kind of extraterrestrial
   astral or something.

I just find the dreams fascinating and wonder if there might be some meaning
given that the Voyager craft leaving the solar system had some analogies to
my space dream. I'm sure Freud would have a field day.

   So have at it. ;-)
