   In a true Out Of Body Experience shouldn't you be able to go someplace,   
   observe what is happening, say Iraq for instance, and report it to someone   
   else before it is reported in the newspaper. Out of more than 5 billion   
   people in the world If only a few could do this wouldn't it make front page   
   news.   
   What is your opinion on this?
