   knowing that you are dreaming indicates that you are in a lucid dream and   
   not in an OBE usually.   
   There is a lot people mixing this states. If it was a dream then however you   
   should not take it too serious.

   I would wonder why you made this shocking experience and why it shocked you   
   that terrible. Ok I know it contained a shocking msg for you but was it a   
   real msg and was it really that shocking in the dream itself also? (the girl   
   wasnt frightened) The dream/maybe obe might be a scenery that wanted to help   
   you pass a fear or something or it might be an answer on a question you had   
   or it might just have mirrowed your fears. A lot thinkable next to take it   
   as a situation that will happen specially when it was a dream. And one thing   
   you should know. When this dream/obe would be more than a dream and really   
   somehow showed you a blink into your future (for what purpose? to   
   frightening you??) then it's no where written that this will indeed happen.   
   The future is not written in stone and every view in the future only shows   
   you a possible future. So don't stiffen into a negative scenario but rather   
   think about a positive scenario. You can form the future. You always form   
   your life with everything you do and think.
