Since no one has replied to you and I believe there IS an association I
thought I would let you know
that - and this is my understanding from my research and not persoanl
   experience exactly - when
OBEing it is quite easy to come back so suddenly that the alignment of bodies
   (astral to physical)
is not 100% and this is often a cause of headaches and similar unpleasant
   symptoms.

The answer is to go back to sleep for ten minutes if at all possible.

In fact its best to try not to rush yourself when first returning. Try to get
   a few minutes to
yourself in that time between realizing you are back in your body, waking up,
   and getting up.

IF after that you still have symptoms you could try to relax for 10 minutes
   and do some deep
breathing as done in so many kinds of meditation.

Then, also, the meditation practice itself can be a way to ease the two bodies
   back into proper
   alignment.

But if your efforts still fail there may be other causes and a lack of water
   is one.

Don't give up. Migraine and headaches do have solutions. I hope my
   suggestions help but remember
these are just a few and there are quite possibly other solutions and you only
   need to find the
   right one so keep trying.
