   You're right, I don't believe in the existence of what I'm assuming you   
   mean by "the soul". However, I enjoy a good hypothetical argument as well   
   as the next man, so on with it..

   Well, of course, now you'd have to define "spiritual energy", and explain   
   why a soul would be sensitive to it...

   ...and then explain why, as you appear to be suggesting, an audio tape
