dont believe everything you see on tv...
personally I dont think you can see the future. actually it wouldt be
so fun to live in the first place if you already knew whats going to
happen. then we would enter to discussions like: "is your life already
written?", "can you change your destiny?". I know that some people can
"feel" when an accident is going to happen or they can feel a near
   death, etc... but thats different.
if this guy that you saw on tv can actually "view the future" he would
be a millionare right now. he could know what numbers are going to win,
in fact he could travel 300 years from now and get all the technology
from that time. he could find the cure to aids and other deseases. has
he done something like that? I dont think so....
a little out of tipic, I saw a tv show of people that can "bend forks"
with their mind. scientists where saying that most of them have some
sort of trick. and that they have an offer of ten thousand dollars to
anyone that could prove that he could bend objects with his mind. and
guess what? no one has ever proved it.. but like i told you, dont
believe everything you see on tv...

Visiting the past is more probable. in fact is exactly opposite witgh
"time traveling machines" you can actually travel to the future, but
you cant go back. if you are wondering how, you can actually build a
machine that spins around the earth very fast to do this.. obiously it
is not easy to do this. but its possible.
