Wow, Kathryn... how exciting for you.
I'm not sure I could comprehend 4 simultaneous dreams...
How do I get started? I would love to expand myself to be able to
communicate with the spirit (or whatever) world. I read Monroe's book in the
70's and I was inspire to have OoBEs. I'm pretty sure that I did but I've
become confused between lucid dreaming and actually leaving my body. My wife
has a psychological disability, DID, and she has experienced seeing herself
standing at the sink or even driving her car. This is real-time, physical
dimension awareness. Something I'm not sure I've experienced during OoBEs
except the one time I was laying on the couch and I raised my legs straight
up but then noticed that my physical legs were still on the couch.
So... what can I do in increase my spiritual/psi/metaphysical stuff?
