   And do they have any advice for a newbie? I've never had an oobe and very   
   much want to. However, my brother had a frightening experience with his   
   first one, where he heard a voice saying "Through the Sands of Time and   
   Tide, Travel not without your guide", and was very quickly drwn back to his   
   body.   
      
   This has made me nervous. I can't afford to go to the Monroe Institute and   
   go the whole hog, so I have bought the Cd's and am now looking for a safe   
   way to use them. Is it a good idea to have someone with you when you use   
   them, or doesn't matter?
