I always viewed 'astral travel' as being a legtimate experience, however
Eckankar followers rate it lower than their 'soul travel' which just
seems to be a dream experience - but I would rate astral travel being of
more value than a dream experience.
However a dream experience can be an astral travel, in which it has all
the qualities of an Out of Body Experience - namely the clarity, which
makes it stand out beyond all other dreams, ie. you can remember it as
being something special, and not just another dream.
