   Yes! that was my first experiment (without the peyote (or whatever else he   
   was using)) after I read the book, and it worked!!

   Yes, from anterior solar plexus I move it (lightning bolt) to the inside of   
   spinal cord, I move it from a fixed position (solar plexus) in limited space   
   on the cord, then when I want to move it further up the cord I change the   
   fixed position to the cardiac plexus (nerves surrounding the heart or heart   
   chakra (I think that is what its called)).  I think of it as a certain   
   section of spinal cord is accessed via the lightning bolt from the different   
   chakras.

   The whole process takes 45min to an hour, the 'banging' is about 2/3rds of   
   the way into it and it happens when the 'lightning bolt' hits the correct   
   place on the cord (so I move it up and down until I find the correct place,   
   the 'bang').  Once I find the 'bang' I only concentrate on that specific   
   area and sometimes it causes vibration and ob, other times just a vibration   
   without ob, sometimes I don't even get the bang sound/feeling no matter how   
   hard I look for it.   
   The actual 'bang' feels like a door getting slamming shut and I even feel   
   the 'shockwave' from it, but after I find it, the banging gets less and   
   less, same with the vibrations, they get finer.
