   There is a program called BWGen; which has a free trial period, IIRC.   
   It can generate the various hemi-sync signals, as well as noise of various   
   hues.   
      
   I don't know what platform you're running on; but there's also a linux   
   program called sbagen which can also do what you're looking for.
