   hi guys,   
   I'm new to hemi-sync and have some questions for those of you that   
   mastered focus 12.   
   How much / at what frequency should I practice to get interesting   
   results ? Do you listen several time to one tape then move  to another   
   one, or cycles through them all or something like that ?   
   Moreover, I would be very interested to know if some of you managed to   
   get informations in that state, that helped in their life, or   
   informations that was not atteinable otherwise ?
