   Hi Anima,
Thanks you for your quick answer :)
My english need improvement ;) What I meant by 'frequency' was 'once a
day' ? 'once a week' ? (maybe there's a more appropriate word in english
   to say this ?)
About frequency, I tried bwgen free trial as well, but found the
experience to be quite different (more an help to meditation exercice).
I do not try to mix frequencies myself as it seem quite technical to do,
and I have not the knowledge for this.
About Focus 12, I have trouble distinguishing between thoughts of my
own, and an 'hypothetic' external response I could get from the exercise
? (from my 'total self' as said in the tape ? or perhaps is it
'collective consciousness' ?) Have you tips to help to disambiguate that ?
Thanks for pointing me to the CDs. For now I need more training before
moving to these other exercises, but it may help if I succeed! :) That
'5 messages' anecdote seem quite interesting, by the way.
