   Mike.  You clearly missed the post in which I explained that this was a   
   misunderstanding of the reason the term "anecdotal at best" was used.

   Presumably that includes adhering to the conventions and traditions of the   
   medium we are saying it in, in this case - Usenet.  Those conventions   
   includes sensible trimming, and using a quote marker.
