Sadly, not possible if you're talking about electromagnetic energy, if
only because the intensity falls off with the square of the distance, and
they only travel at the speed of light - so even if we could perceive
e-m of infinitely low energy (which we can't) there would still be parts
of the universe forever opaque to us, as their energy would not reach us
   before the end of time.

Assuming that there _are_ other dimensions, and that they behave ni this
   way.

Yep, and we can detect, with appropriate instrumentation, large chunks of
   it.

No it doesn't. Not as stated, sorry. You _can_, if you have enough
energy in a photon observe that it decomposes into subatomic particles
(according to the principle of mass-energy equivalence), but that's not
   much use in practice.

In normal matter, atoms are surrounded by "shells" of electrons - in
molecules these shells interact, binding the atoms together.

In solid matter, these shells are sufficiently close together, and bound
sufficiently tightly, that the shells in the molecules of, for example,
your finger cannot pass through them (like charges, such as the negative
ones comprising electron shells, repel each other), and you therefore find
   them to be solid.

   This is just nonsense.
