   You can have an obe feeling if you are in dream state when you can induce   
   from that state an lucid dream.   
   When you are getting an obe you first are going trouth a trance state and   
   maybe the feeling of sleep paralasys in most of the cases it depends.   
   You said you walked from your bed through the door ? I had that experience   
   too  and then ''walking'' down the stairs through another door and I saw   
   even my parents watching tv.. and it was all so clear, unbelievable, I   
   thought they could see me but off course they could not.. but I saw them !   
   And the strangest of them all was that it had  more or less the feeling of   
   an fysical experience..   
   The floating in and out your body up and down sometimes when the state is   
   not that strong that you completly loosen your astral.is like fysical.. very   
   strange indeed..   
   By the way everyone has an OBE when sleeping.. the diffrence is they dont   
   know it... they just dreaming.   
   When we are aware of it we call it out of the body.   
   I'm absolutely convinced that its out of the body..and not a some kind of   
   temperaly lobe halucination.. nonsens.   
   That stimmulating temp. lob or other parts of the brain could induce an   
   experience LIKE  obe doensnt mean anything .. accept for the debunker or   
   brainproffessors....   lol
