| erally grow in accord with that which is exper-
| ienced 'within' such relative-'confinement'.

| In geopolitical dynamics, international borders
| function in ways that relatively-'confine' exper-
| ience in the 'same' way.
|
| Be-cause nervous systems literally grow so as
| to "fit" the external environments that their host
| organisms actually experience, when two or
| more People who have experienced 'within'
| different relatively-'confined' external experiential
| environments interact, those who have not ex-
| perienced the 'same' relative-'confinement' will
| experience the 'others' as constituting an exper-
| iential condition that "does not fit" into the growth
| that has occurred 'within' their nervous systems
| [and 'vice versa'.]

| And not understanding how and why nervous
| systems process information, this "absence-of-
| fit" condition is 'interpreted' as 'indicating' that
| those who have =just= experienced differently
| 'are bad'.

| Understand?

| =This= is the literally =nothingness= out of
| which =all= War -- all interpersonal Savagery --
| has arisen throughout the course of human
| History.
|
| Folks Kill, and otherwise Ravage one anothers'
| Beings, for no 'reason' other than that how and
| why nervous systems process information has
| not been Generally-comprehended.

| So there =are= 'phantoms' that have physically-
| real, and exceedingly-Tragic, existence in the
| midst of Humanity.
|
| But these 'phantoms' exist =solely= be-cause
| absence-of-understanding with respect to how
| and why nervous systems process information
| has literally grown 'within' nervous systems in
| which understanding with respect to how and
| why nervous systems process information
| could have, just as well, grown 'within' nervous
| systems.
|
| The 'phantoms', the Killing, the Savagery, exist
| solely be-cause absence-of-understanding phys-
| ically resides where only understanding has Reas-
| on to reside.
|
| Absence-of-understanding "inside the brain" ren-
| dering what's "outside the brain" 'hell'-on-Earth.
|
| And the most-Heinous 'phantom'... folks 'moving
| away from' understanding that Eliminates ab-
| sence-of-understanding, in the same way as
| above, 'because' nervous systems have literally
| grown to incorporate absence-of-understanding --
| so understanding 'just' doesn't 'fit' -- folks react-
| ing to this absence-of-'fit' condition instead of
| anything that's physically-real within external ex-
| periential environments.

| So the Savagery not 'only' continues, but augments.
|
| 'because' of the literal-nothingness that absence-
| of-understanding physically is.
A Strong 'correlate' of the above, which is amongst
the most-Sorrow-filled circumstances in human
affairs, is that "political leadership" positions are
"privileged", which "privilege" results in "leaders"
being surrounded by cadres of "subordinates",
who 'sustain' the "privileged" 'states' of "leaders",
thereby literally instantiating virtual-walls that 'con-
fine' "leaders" to =extreme= degrees -- so "lead-
ers" tend, Strongly, to =not= experience physical
reality robustly [well-roundedly] enough to actual-
ly enable them to be able to "lead" with respect
to Citizenries' general welfares.
Understand?
In their "privileged" 'confinement', 'leaders' do the
most-Savage stuff to Humanity.
"Phantom-'leadership' " Ravages that which it
'professes' to "lead" -- be-cause their "subord-
inates" literally isolate "leaders."
This's easily remedied -- "leaders" need to under-
stand the routine experiences of Citizens, which
'just' can't happen if "subordinates" isolate "lead-
ers", preventing "leaders" from actually experienc-
ing what Citizens experience.
'governments', around the world, are literally set-
uo to Fail in this 'way'.
But the "leaders" don't Suffer -- because they're
isolated in privileged 'states'.
It's the Citizens who Suffer.
And, thus, Humanity.
The Same-Stuff happens =in all circumstances=
in which there're hierarchical-orders with respect
to 'privilege' -- CEOs relative to Employees, Gen-
erals relative to Soldiers, Professors relative to
Students, etc., every instance of such agumenting
the 'difficulty' of lifting Humanity up in understanding
with respect to how and why nervous systems
process information.
Because folks 'love' "privilege" more than they Love
understanding.
