   A few months ago I posted here describing how I was having 'strange'   
   dreams in which I could move around outside my body while I 'slept'..   
      
   Since then, I have done some research (mainly due to responses to my   
   earlier posts here) and read an excellent book on Astral Projection by   
   Robert Bruce (and a couple of others) which give details and exercises   
   on how to enhance this strange ability of mine...  I have made some   
   good progress with it.. Now I am able to control it and turn it on and   
   off MUCH more than before!!   
   I am currently keeping a journal of these 'travels' and if it isn't   
   too off topic and some of you are interested, I will copy some of it   
   here.. Another bizarre aspect of this enhancement is that I have begun   
   to sleepwalk on a fairly regular basis.. This is mainly just benign   
   pacing in my bedroom which doesn't even wake my partner...   
      
   I wish to thank the responders who set me on the right course!
