This is true ... coffee (caffeine) is bad for the mind.
I've done tests in 2010
where I stop caffeine for six weeks,
then drink caffeine as coffee four times a day
for one week...
it's bad.
It dulls the head and creates a small depressive state.
And it's not just me,
I've been talking to several friends about it all.
Caffeine is in green tea too.
