   To me, this is just a new religion. What else do you

   Then the question becomes, where are they?  If an alien species   
   put together a fleet of self-replicating machines and sent them   
   out at conventional speeds, (less than 10% c) a galaxy the size   
   of the milky way would be fully explored in less than a million   
   years.   So, where are they?
