   I just got back from the mall.   
   By the way, I actually lost 12kg in hospital   
   from the 21st of February.   
   I had no real food or intravenous food for two weeks.   
   So I bought a set of scales today for $10   
   for keeping a watch on my body weight.   
      
   My wounds are healing good now.   
      
   Tonight I start Army Training.
