   The president gets to do or rather go along with whatever the ZNR   
   oligarchs that you worship, happen to say.  (else he gets an early   
   retirement like JFK)   
      
   Those same ZNR oligarchs would however go right along with your intent   
   of culling 6+ billion lower caste humans.   
      
   Since when was the republic (not the oligarchs) of our nation truly in   
   charge of anything that truly mattered?
