   I thought David had admitted that he is   
   mentally ill, literally.  And he appears so.   
   As such, doing what he does, claiming to   
   perform world-changing, newsworthy, magical   
   events and observations, isn't an act of will.   
   He can't help doing it.   
      
   Perhaps there is more important work that   
   someone with his powers should be doing, about   
   other matters that are in the news.  I think   
   he knows that he can't, and that his powers   
   aren't real.  But, as I say, that he's mad.
