   Oh, child, let me understand your logic:   
      
   Since the communists banned Darwin, therefore, that proves that Darwin   
   did not believe in evolution.  And since Darwin did not understand the   
   mechanisms of chromosomes that were not discovered until the year he   
   died, that proves that he is an idiot.
